Merrick Bank - Rude customer service

I have no problem with the account Your customer service needs attention. I don't like the app. Told the young lady that it was to much trouble, but thanks. She then hung up on me. I hope I never have to call.

It may not be the fault of Merrick Bank. Like packages delivered mail is also being stolen, especially if its contents is a credit card!

All I can say is NEVER make a payment via check with Merrick Bank. Mobile and website payments are credited and posted same day or next day, and you have an electronic record.
