Called numerous times over the wrong address and card was sent to wrong house refused to cancel card and refused to change my address! Every person I spoke to had different stories on policy!
Card was sent to wrong address and the 4 times Ive called Im told a different story, all excuses not to change address or cancel card. Cant get a straight answer from any of them!

After two attempts she told me she would have to submit a request. She stated there was not one manager available to speak to me.
I was transferred to a senior customer service representative, when I initially asked for a manager. She stated she was from the management team. I repeated my request to speak to a manager not a senior representative.
I have a hold on my account regarding a payment made which was over the balance. Security requested a bank verification to lift the hold, I faxed my statement 4 times.
They finally received the fax and are now stating it is illegible and I need to refax the document. I asked to speak to a manager.

Horrible customer service and false promises not reliable
I was told on October 10th from Merrick Bank that I would be receiving my Merrick Bank credit card within 7 days not seven business days 7 days I have a email and a letter to prove it today is the 23rd of October and still have not received the original card have called several times and each customer service representative tells me a different story I was told on October 21st that I would be expedited a card and would receive it in two to three days which would be by October 24th as of today on October 23rd I was told something different did the card was just mailed out because it takes 48 hours to process then the two to three days would start each customer service representative has told me something different and doesn't have the same guidelines or protocol makes me wonder if I even want to use their credit card

Made payment through billing tree on 6/16/24 8:53am of 105.05. Payment still hasnt posted to my Merrick account!
Talked with customer service on Thursday 6/30/24 said was having issues with software payment will be posted to account on 6/22/24. Talked with Merrick customer service again on 6/22/24, stated payment still not received to call Billing tree! I called Billing tree, payment has been sent to Merrick Bank no trouble on there end with there software! Called Merrick Bank back, and notified them what customer service at Billing Tree said!
Merrick Bank customer service did not put any notes or inquiries on my account about the issue! I made a payment before my account was over my credit limit, its not my fault your software system needs an upgrade. Even though there was an holiday this week, the payment should have posted by now.
I would expect any overage fee to be removed, because I have proof from Billing Tree I made a payment before my account went over its limit! Customer service needs to put notes, and inquiries on customer accounts when they call with issues, so the next time they call customer service can check and see the inquiry and notify customer issue has been solved or direct them to a supervisor that can help with the situation instead of blowing them off, and being rude about the situation.
Preferred solution: An apology, overdraft fee refund, and better customer service support.

Bad charges appeared on my card and you all helped as best you could. My next step was to submit proof of my identity.
Even after doing this, I'm still without a card and with no means of making a payment on it. I'm the one who has been wronged in this situation. Could someone please reach out to me and explain what's happening? No one has even asked me which charges are fraudulent.
Communication would be appreciated. I've called four times and have been put on hold indefinitely.

I can’t get the app to work, keeps saying my email is incorrect or to use a valid email. I have tried countless times.
My first initial set up says that my email is invalid then I tried to make a new account the rejection is saying that email is in use and incorrect password. even though I have not set up my account. I am unable to use the app, I had to pay my bill by phone

Horrible, indignant customer service;
I received an invoice for a $72.00 annual fee for a card that was never received. The representative was indignant and condescending with my request to delete the fee since the bank failed its contractual obligation to provide use of the account.
She also refused to send the card faster than two weeks, without an additional fee, another insult.
Then she placed me on hold for a supervisor that never came to the line after deliberately placing me on hold for 40 minutes in an endless hold.
Obviously, there was no intention that a supervisor would ever pick up the call, disgusting customer service.
This is a terrible way to treat your customers. Thus, I am demanding that the $72.00 fee be credited back to the account that I am unable to use.

Bad customer service closing my account
I paid off this account. Dont understand why a $76.99 balance cant be waved as a compensation for a loyal customer.
You all received my payment on the 1nd of July as my understanding bill was due on the 1st . This payment was mailed on the 28 of June. Every time I call their customer service skills are unacceptable. Mainly the reason for closing this account.

Customer service not professional at all. This is every time I call there rude Annie is smart mouth.
Also how can they not give me an email address for corporate nor a direct phone number this is unacceptable to a royal customer.

I talked to someone about getting money owed to me, and I was told it would be in the mail. I should receive it in 30 days, which should be by July 11, so hopefully, this will happen. I was told this a month ago and saw nothing in return.
