I am myself a manager for a clinical office and I know how things work but this is beyond. They are so unprofessional and I can tell they play with you for money. I tried to contact Merrick Bank...their customer service is absolutely awful...!!!! I asked to get my interest rate reduced and they gave me nothing! They did not care that I was now on SSDI and could not afford my bills. God will judge them accordingly in the end....

Merrick Bank - Terrible cust. Service

I got ripped off 60. Online . I called Merrick for help that was 3 months ago . They keep dodging me . I have sent in all forms and lettwrs rhey requested. Their people are very rude. I am a Sr. citizen on small SS check i can not afford to get ripped off by an online scam artist . Bank does not seem to care . I am very upset.Do not used this card for your own good !!!

Merrick Bank - BAD BANKING

Sent a payment in the mail..They emailed me 15 days later and said they didnt recieve it .made another payment over the phone..and long and behold they found my payment and charged me a late fee.. so they got 2 payments ..i had called and customer service was " we dont controll the mail" haha. I think they do it on purpose.. .

Merrick Bank - Customer Service not willing to work with customer

Needed 1 fee waived.....nope! Didn't care what I had to say or why...I pay my card every single week without missed payment and still get penalized for this! Customer Service is extremely rude. Need to look into different card!!!!!

Merrick Bank Customer Care Review

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. The very rude supervisor argued with me. I called because my card didn't work and she called me a liar when I told her I had not used the card at all today so how could I have 2 withdrawals? I will be reporting them to the Better Business Buteau! The only thing the supervisor got right was my name as if she was talking to a child! This company is a scam
